This policy only applies to Chip Mate and its global branches. and its global branches ("CM", "we", "our") understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to protecting it. 1 How does Chip Mate collect and use your information and data

You can use the "Chip Mate" to connect, set up, and manage your MS-02 test head, and easily perform data burning operations from all mobile devices. To perform the core business functions of Chip Mate, we may collect and use the following necessary information and data from your mobile device

1. We will collect your operation information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, chip model, operation time, operation result) to help users better handle problems when the operation fails;

2. We will collect your location information to assist users in searching and connecting to the MS-02 test head;

3. Device call permissions. To assist you in implementing basic functions, we may invoke some of your device permissions. Please refer to Attachment 1 "Chip Mate Device Call Permission Directory" for the specific business functions corresponding to the call permissions, the purpose of our call permissions, and the information we inquired about before calling permissions. You can choose to disable permissions in the device's settings function (the display and disabling methods of permissions may vary on different devices).

 

Due to the fact that the above information is necessary for the use of this product, if you refuse to collect the above information, you will not be able to use the basic functions of this product. We will not use your information and data for purposes other than those stated without your consent.

Please note that this product does not collect or use your personal information.

 

2 How does Chip Mate store and disclose your information and data

1. Storage location

We store operational information in a secure information center (server) and take appropriate security measures to protect the information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

2. Storage time

We will store your information and data for the required period of time for the purposes stated in this policy. In cases where there are special provisions in laws and regulations regarding the storage period of information and data, we will comply with them. We will delete information and data that have exceeded the storage period.

3. Information Disclosure

1) Based on the need to provide you with the required services, you agree that we may provide your information to affiliated institutions of CM, CM distributors or dealers, authorized service providers, and third parties related to company transactions (your information may be disclosed to third parties as part of a corporate merger or transfer).

 

3 How does Chip Mate protect your information and data

In order to protect your information and data from unauthorized access, abuse, disclosure or alteration, CM will use reasonable and appropriate encryption procedures to ensure the security of the information collected and processed by the Chip Mate. At the same time, CM has passed the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security certification to ensure the security of your information and data. However, please note that although we have taken reasonable measures to protect your information, no website, network transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.

 

4 How does the Chip Mate handle information and data of minors

1. Without the consent of parents or legal guardians, "Chip Mate" will not intentionally collect personal information of minors under the age of 14 (or equivalent to the minimum age specified in the relevant jurisdiction), and "Chip Mate" is not targeted at minors under the age of 14 (or equivalent to the minimum age specified in the relevant jurisdiction);

2. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please do not provide any information or data through this product;

3. If Chip Mate receives information and data submitted by minors under the age of 14 through this product, we will immediately take measures to delete the information.

 

5 How does Chip Mate protect your rights

Unless otherwise provided by law, as an individual user of "Chip Mate", you have the right to access your information and data or request the deletion of your information and data. When you discover errors in the information and data we have collected about you, you have the right to request us to make corrections.

6 Cross border processing

We will transfer the collected information and data from you to information centers (servers) within the territory of the People's Republic of China for storage and processing in accordance with laws and regulations. At present, we will not use, store, share, or disclose your information and data in cross-border business, or transfer your information and data again outside of China.

 

Please note that we do not collect or transfer your personal information across borders. If the service content changes in the future, we will collect and transfer it only after obtaining your consent and meeting other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations, or national cyberspace administration departments.

 

7 Application of Law and Dispute Resolution

 

1. This policy applies to the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan)

 

2. After you agree to be bound by this policy, any disputes arising between you and CM due to this policy shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the two parties. If the consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over CM's location.

 

8 Divisibility

 

If any provision of this policy, in whole or in part, is declared illegal or unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be separable and independent of the other provisions of this agreement, and may be deemed invalid within the jurisdiction of such court or tribunal, but the validity of all other provisions and the entire policy shall not be affected.
